“Arise and Shine, for your LIGHT has come! And the Glory of the LORD is risen upon you; For behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and deep darkness the people; but the LORD will ARISE over you, and HIS glory will be seen upon you.”  Isaiah 60:1-2 NKJV

     2025 – we have been talking all year about letting our light shine

We must not forget that this light within each of us is the “Light of JESUS” that shines through us to help point others to Christ. Just like a lighthouse shines on the shoreline of the waters to guide the other boats safely to shore, we too must guide others out of darkness, hopelessness & times of despair. So, keep your oil lamps filled with the Holy Spirit, so your light never goes out.

As we move from the Thanksgiving Season to the Christmas Season, I’m so grateful that the Holy Spirit is there to comfort us and guide us when challenges come our way. If you are facing one of those seasons in your life right now, lean on GODand call one of your AGM sisters or brothers in Christ to come and pray with you. The bible says to call on the elders of the church & let them pray over you and anoint you with oil in the name of the LORD.

     “The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much”   James 5:16 NKJV

The key is to Arise and Go to GOD with our fervent prayers, live a holy righteous life and don’t give up, until your prayers are answered. Whatever your asking GOD for TRUST Him & believe.

We have seen so many miracles within the AGM family this past year. Our brother Terell is a perfect example of answered prayer. He had been waiting for years for a new heart and because of recent circumstances ended up in the hospital. His medical team approved & decided to put him on the watch list for a new heart, and within a week our prayers were answered.

     God’s timing is always perfect, and Terell was the next candidate to receive a miracle.
